We all know that this is an unsettling time, whether you’ve already booked a stay with us, or are considering one. This is a developing situation, and we are committed to following all Government advice.
We thoroughly clean our huts between guests staying with us, but even so we have increased what we do to ensure – as far as we can – your hut will be sparkling clean on arrival.
We have also increased the amount of sanitising equipment in both huts for guest use, and urge our guests to follow the advice by Public Health England (PHE):
- Wash your hands with soap and hot water often – use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available. Hand washing is key to preventing spread of the virus.
- Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
- Do not touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
Our huts are 150 metres apart, and we have a non-contact arrival procedure. So you will be able to gain access to your hut and have total seclusion and privacy once you are in your hut.
If you wish to amend or cancel your booking
If your booking is 8 weeks or less in the future, and you have paid in full and require a refund, please contact your travel insurance provider.
If your booking is 8 weeks or more in the future, and you wish to amend it to another date, you may do so with no administration charge.
If your booking is less than 8 weeks prior to arrival and not less than 4 weeks to arrival date in the future, it may be possible to move the existing booking, please contact us to discuss your options. However please note that it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate a change for a peak season stay.
At present the Government’s advice is to avoid non-essential travel, and you’ll need to decide what this means for you. If the Government’s advice changes, and we are ordered to close, then we will contact any affected customers to offer a transfer of existing bookings to new dates, with no administration fee.
