Ultimate getaway from everything
Tor View Shepherds Huts are likely to be Somerset’s best-kept secret, until now. Perched high up on the Mendip Hills overlooking Glastonbury Tor in the distance, there’s no sign and no doorbell. You can only get to the Huts after receiving an e-mail with your special code and directions.
Lovingly handcrafted and designed to inspire, every feature adds to the feeling of exclusive luxury glamping.
Just a few years after opening, Tor View Shepherds Huts has already featured in Conde Nast Traveller, The Sunday Times, The London Evening Standard & The Times Travel Magazine, and holds the VisitEngland Gold Award.
An Abundance Of Comfort
Phil recognised that most of us are reluctant to give up the modern creature comforts we take for granted – so he carefully designed each hut to include everything you could wish for.
Luxury Mattress (with bed linen), en-suite shower with flushing toilet, fitted kitchen and wood burning stove. What more could you wish for?
Space to make yourself at home
The huts include absolutely everything and the clever design means that it feels surprisingly spacious – ingenious planning ensures that it all packs away neatly and you won’t be tripping over your bags at every turn. Last but not least the views are stunning, and the local area boasts a wealth of inviting things to see and do.
What is there to do?
It’s the perfect environment in which to escape from all the stresses and strains of the 21st century, to reconnect with nature and our heritage, and to make memories that will last a lifetime.
